WHAT IS A TUNE-UP OF MY COMPUTER SYSTEM?

The good news is that most corruption can be diagnosed and repaired with special programs. The fix could be as easy as upgrading software apps or re-installing them and removing viruses. We recommend a tune-up at least once a year.

We can train you on Mac OS X and many software applications including all Adobe software, Word, Excel, Logic Pro X, Final Cut Pro and many others.
WHAT IS ONLINE REMOTE COMPUTER SUPPORT?
Online computer support, also known as, “remote” or “virtual” computer support is the practice of having your computer worked on by a technician over the internet. The technician can view your screen and move the mouse and keyboard safely from a remote location.

Yes, when you connect to one of our technicians, the connection is encrypted using end-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption – the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions. Also, you are in complete control of the remote session and can take control of the mouse anytime or you can end the session immediately.
CAN A TECHNICIAN ACCESS MY COMPUTER AFTER THE WORK IS DONE?
No. Once the remote session is ended the connection is closed. Closed remote support sessions cannot be rejoined. A new remote support session can only be started by you.
WHAT IS TEAMVIEWER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
TeamViewer is software that allows remote control of another computer via the internet. It is free to download and use and it allows MacTech Help to work on your computer without going to your location. Only existing or pre-paid clients are eligible for remote support. We will supply you with step by step instructions and how to download, install, setup and use TeamViewer. Don’t worry it is a very easy process.
HOW DO I PAY AND PRE-PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
All payment is made through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay through their system. If you have requested our service you will receive an invoice through email for the work that is needed. You can pay online at PayPal with your computer or phone. Once the payment is received your remote or local appointment will be set up.
